Subscribers with No (Monitoring or Service) Contract

This Help File Page was issued on 09/30/2017

Having Subscribers without an actual Central Station related Contract is bad for business.

The types of Central Station related Contract Types your Company offers are defined in the Contract Types Form.

One or more Central Station related Contract Types may be assign to the appropriate Subscriber records through the Options Menu's General Menu option called Contracts.

Subscribers may have (subscribe to) any number of Central Station related Contract Types - all of which will be assigned to that Account.

Having an actual ongoing, self-renewing, Monitoring Contract, Recurring Revenue, and Service Agreement with your Subscriber is a really good idea and for several reasons:

Central Station related Contracts make you safer (legally).

Central Station related Contracts enhance the (Recurring Revenue) value of your business.

Central Station related Contracts provide stability in the minds of your Subscribers (they are less likely to drop service if they have a contract that requires a cancellation and/or notification period).

Note: In addition, Recurring Revenue, and Service Agreement contracts should also be identified, as appropriate.
