Converted Proposals Report

This Help File Page was last Modified on 01/10/2018

The Converted Proposals Report provides a Grid (list) of those Proposals which were converted - within a specified Date Range - to an Invoice, Job, and/or Work Order.

The Converted Proposals are presented as a list displayed as a fully functioning Grid with the usual Retrieve, Print, Export Icons, and a Go To Subscriber option.

1.A Date Range entry will determine what are available to be listed.

2.It is initially sorted by Type (e.g., INVOICE, JOB, WO), but may be resorted by any column, as needed

3.Because it is a fully activated data grid, the list's contents (columns) may be rearranged, and any of those columns removed or added; and the list may be Grouped, Filtered, and Printed, as needed.

4.The customized list of Converted Proposals may then be produced as a Print Preview, and actually Printed (or Exported), when appropriate.
