❑The Manual Contacts option available in the MKMSCS Central Station Monitoring Application

•It provides the ability to communicate with a person on the Call List, an Employee, a Dealer or a Subscriber immediately via a variety of methods

•Some of these features may not be available unless the Communication Module or the MKS Connect Service is also active and the required contact information has been previously entered.  

 

❑Manual Contacts from the Signal Processing screen - Whether or not an Alarm Event is on screen, an Operator may initiate a Manual Contact as follows:
