❑The Income -vs- Expenses Widget provides a Bar Chart which compares Income (Sales Invoices to Subscribers) to Expenses (Bills for Purchases from Vendors) entered within the most recent two completed months, based on the Department(s) selected in Configuration Option.
Income -vs- Expense Widget Chart
•The Accounts Payable System and Accounts Receivable System modules must both be Registered and Departments must be defined - and optionally the General Ledger System Registered) to have this Income -vs- Expenses Widget available.
Click the Maintenance Icon to access the Configuration Options for the Income -vs- Expenses Widget.
✓For Department: - Either data for One selected Department, or the data for All Departments may be displayed.
▪You may Right-Click the For Department: field and Choose the desired Search By method (either by Name or Dept - Department Number).
▪Using the Drop-Down Selection List provided, Choose the Department to be reported, or Choose All to display the information for All of the defined Departments.
Configuration Options for the Income -vs- Expense Widget - For Department
✓Click the Save button to activate your selection.
•Click the Refresh icon on the Income -vs- Expenses Widget to Refresh the data.
•The Income -vs- Expenses Widget item may be "collapsed" or "expanded" as needed.
✓Click its small Minimize button to "collapse" the Income -vs- Expenses Widget.
✓Click its small Minimize button again to "expand" the Income -vs- Expenses Widget.
