❑The Subscriber Info Icon offers three (3) Menu options that provide immediate access to the following data:
Sub Info (F2) Form - Subscriber Info Icon - Menu options
1.Medical - View any Medical information that has been entered for the current Subscriber or other members of the household.
2.Temp Notes - Opens the Temp Notes dialog containing all of the Temporary Notes previously entered for this Subscriber (except any that have been deleted).
3.Work Orders - Opens the Quick Work Order Form already populated with the current Subscriber's information.
