•This Service Ticket Overview page is where the Technician and the Subscriber may review the work that was performed.

✓This Review includes access to the:
▪Labor Hours that were recorded for this Service Ticket,
▪Inventory usage that was recorded for this Service Ticket,
▪(revised) Call List information,
▪Resolution code and Service Performed notes.
✓Tap the appropriate Down-Arrow to view the information for that page:
•Service Ticket - The Technician should review and Service Ticket information so the Subscriber understands what the Work Order required, and is shows that the work has been completed.

•Inventory/Material Usage - The Technician should discuss with the Subscriber how, where, and why the listed Items were used.

•Call List - The Technician should confirm with the Subscriber that the Call List information is accurate (and make additions and/or corrections in the Call List / Call List Entry page, if needed).

•Time Sheet - The Technician should review with the Subscriber the Labor Hours that were provided (and will be charged) for completing this Service Ticket.

•Completion - The Technician may also review the Resolution code and Service Performed notes with the Subscriber.

✓Once the Subscriber has been informed of, and has acknowledged that the Work Order has been completed, the Technician will access the Completion Details & Signature page
❑For those Companies who authorize their Technicians to collect the Payment for a completed Service Ticket while on-site:
•Look-up the Estimated Amount of the Charges that will be Invoiced for this Service Ticket.
1.On this Service Ticket Overview page: Tap the and Choose the Completion option.
2.Tap the Estimate button to view the Charges (Labor & Inventory) recorded for this Service Ticket.
3.Make a note of the Amount of this Estimate.
❑Once the Charges have been noted, the Signature page should be accessed.
•The Signature page is used to identify the Name of the Subscriber's representative, and to have that person acknowledge - by providing their Signature - that this Work Order has been completed.
