Tasks

If a Tasks were completed in MKMS, they could be completed and saved without identifying a Completion Date.

However, in MKSales, the app was looking at the Complete Date to determine if the Task was completed (so it could be removed from the Dashboard View page).  This caused Completed Tasks to still be listed, when they should not have been.

MKSales is now using the Completed field to determine when Tasks are completed.

Dashboard View

a)Some Appointments that should have been included in the Today's Appointments section of the Dashboard View page were missing.  This issue, relating to Time Zone differences between the Server and the Salesperson, has been corrected.

b)Sometimes the Today's Appointments section of the Dashboard View page were showing some of "Tomorrows".  This issue, also relating to Time Zone differences between the Server and the Salesperson, has been corrected.

Proposal Details

Add New Proposal

a)When a specific Proposal Package was chosen on the Proposal Details page, the Tax Percentage was not properly displayed and/or used to calculated the Sales Tax required.  This issue is fixed.

b)When a specific Proposal Package was chosen on the Proposal Details page, the order in which the items which make up that Proposal Package is different than what is in MKMS.  This issue is fixed.

c)If a new Proposal Package is entered in MKMS, the Salesperson must Logout, then Login to be able to use that added Proposal Package.

d)After adding and saving a Proposal with Proposal Package, the Total shown did not match the actual total. The total being displayed did not include the Sales Tax or Labor line items.  If the Salesperson exited and redisplayed the the Proposal Details page it was correct.  The calculation is now performed when the Save button is selected.

e)While entering a Proposal, some line items seemed to disappear.  The cause of this problem has been located and corrected.

f)After Adding a New Proposal and selects the Add New option again and continues editing, there is no a Save Button, just the Add New option. Pressing it again adds the same Proposal again as another number. It should show Save and not Add and not add multiple proposals.  Now, once a Once saved, the page converts to an Edit Proposal mode to prevent this issue from happening.
