❑There are several New Features and modifications of existing ones in the Utility Applications associated with the MKMS Version 5.1.32.X
•The New Features Table below contains three columns of data relating to each of these New features:
1.Program Module Affected - This column lists the specific modules that were improved.
2.Chapter Links - This column lists of the link(s) to the chapter(s) where the previous instructions, illustrations and explanations have been revised to reflect the program changes and/or enhancements.
3.Description of the Enhancement - A brief explanation of the new features, functions and enhancements that have been added in this release with links to all of the affected chapters and some related chapters, also.

The MKS Purge Utility allows you to specify the types of Accounts, what Alarm Conditions, and which Dealer's Alarm History are to be purged, based on an Everything before this Date of Entry. ▪MKS Purge now provides the means to delete the Audit Trail files, as well. |

This is the new Validate Documents Form, explained within the Utilities list, that allows the User to Confirm the existence (or lack of the same) of all - or selected type(s) of - Form(s), View the contents of these Form(s) and Remove them from thee List of previously identified and assigned Documents. |

Manual Signal |
The new Manual Signal application - when linked with SPA (Version 5.0.28.341 or greater) and the Communication Module - will allow an Operator - or any other trained staff person - to answer telephone calls (the person requesting access is usually calling from a special exterior phone provided for this purpose) from individuals requesting access to a Subscriber's premises, and then to: ▪Quickly look-up which Subscriber's premises the caller is attempting to enter. ▪Telephone, if appropriate, this person, and/or another appropriate person within that Subscriber's premises, that the individual requesting access has arrived. ▪Create a Passive Manual Signal (which is internally processed by SPA) containing that person's name (and the company they represent, if appropriate), as a permanent record of these Access Requests. ▪Automatically save the Date and Time (and the information noted above) of these Access Requests. ▪Automatically Email (using the Communication Module) the appropriate person within that Subscriber's premises notifying them that this person has requested access. ▪Automatically insert the Access Request information related to each of the steps listed above, into the Alarm History for that Subscriber. |
