❑This chapter will provide basic information about (and the Links to) special Forms and Procedures - all of which are accessed from the Maintenance Menu
•Each will be used with the Receivables module (as well as with other modules).
•To access the Maintenance Menu:
a)From the Backstage Menu System Select the Maintenance Menu then Select the appropriate option, or
b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select the Maintenance Menu then Select the appropriate option
❑Receivables related options (circled in the illustration above) on the Maintenance Menu:
•Custom Fields - Provides the ability to define Custom Tabs within the Subscribers Form, and being able to define Custom Fields within that Tab.
•EMail/SMS/Text to Alarm - Opens the EMail/SMS Parsing Form used to define an interface for converting an alarm event - which is initially sent via an Email or SMS message - into an Alarm Signal that can be interpreted and successfully processed by MKMSCS.
•Employee - This Form and its many Tabs provide the required fields for entering Employee information
•Employee Groups - The Employee Group records are created so a default set of Access Rights may be identified for each Employee.
•Employee Calendar - This Form maintains all Appointments for each Employee, but only the Employee (or the System Administrator) may view their specific Appointments.
•Multi Field Search - This Subscriber Multi-Field Search function provides a powerful and amazingly fast Subscriber record locator.
•PBX Setup - This PBX Setup Form is used to Define, Configure and ultimately Report the status of the components within your Company's PBX system
•Purge Audit Data - This option opens the Purge Audit Data dialog used to Purge Audit History records
•Quick Data Entry - This option offers two sub-menu selections:
ii.Data Entry.
•Reminders - Look-up, Add, Edit, and/or Complete a Reminder Item, or Reschedule a selected Reminder Item.
✓As with all features and modules within MKMS, some initial Reminders system set-up is required for proper operation.

•Reminders Manager - Look-up, Add, Edit, and/or Complete a Reminder Item, or Reschedule a selected Reminder Item.
•Sale-Purchase Items - Define the Codes and Descriptions (and many other features) of the Items that are Invoiced and Billed within MKMS.
•Subscribers F3 - This options opens the Subscribers Form.
•Telephone Number Search - The Telephone Search dialog allows an Operator within MKMSCS (or any User within MKMS) to locate a specific telephone number which was entered anywhere within the Central Station or Subscriber related data in MKMS.
•Universal Email Update - the Universal Email Update utility enables as User to replace an existing Email Address (recorded anywhere within MKMS) with another Email Address using this a simple dialog.
•User Options - This option opens the User Options Form within which many system and/or module specific settings may be (re-)set.
•Widget Dashboard - This option opens the Widgets Dashboard and also provides access to the Widgets Dashboard Configuration Form.
•System Administrator - This option offers several sub-menu selections for the System Administrator.
