Technician Activity Tab

This Help File Page was last Modified on 03/31/2017

Entering Technician Activity:

The Technician Activity tab on the Work Order Form displays the most recent (listed newest to oldest) Technician Status changes for any Technician who is assigned to this Work Order.

It is important to remember that making Tech Status changes represent a One-Direction Process:

When using the Technician Status Form, Tech Status Updates are automatically posted to this Technician Activity tab

However, Tech Status information may also be entered manually into this Technician Activity tab, but those changes made here (on this Technician Activity tab) will not update the information on the Technician Status Form.

Each time the Status of a Technician is updated, that Status will be posted to the Technician Activity tab by simply identifying the appropriate Work Order Number within the Tech Status Form.

Technician Status changes made directly into the Technician Activity tab are not posted into the Tech Status Form.
