Technician Activity

This Help File Page was last Modified on 04/01/2017

The Technician Activity Report will list all of the Status Changes of one, or all, of your Company's Technicians within a specified Date Range.

The Technician Status Form allows you to continually update the changes in each Technician's Work Status as their Status changes throughout their workday.

Each change of Technician Status causes the last completed change of Work Status of a Technician to be posted automatically to the Technician Activity tab on the Work Order Form.

Note: You may also use the Technician Activity tab on the Work Order Form to manually record the Tech Status of each Technician assigned to that Work Order, but those entries will not update the information in the Technician Status Form.

To review the overall activity (i.e., changes in Work Status) of one, or all active Technicians for a selected Date Range, print the Technician Activity Report.
