❑Understanding the Invoice History tab
•The Invoice History tab provides a list of the Invoices previously generated for this Dealer and displays that list in a Grid format

✓This Invoice data may not be sorted and filtered.
✓Invoices are listed in Invoice # order - from newest to oldest.
✓The Ribbon Menu at the bottom on the Invoice History tab provides record movement functionality
•The Invoice History tab also provides a Drill-Down capability to view exactly what charges were billed on any selected Invoice

✓Click the small Arrow on the left of an Drill-Down view to view the contents that Invoice
▪The Arrow tilts downward when it is Clicked and the Detail Line Items in that Invoice are show in a Drill-Down view
▪ Click the small down Arrow to close the Drill-Down view
•The actual Invoice Form of a selected Invoice # may be opened by Double-Clicking on that Invoice Number
