The MKS Web Dealer Access - Dashboard page is displayed by default when the MKS Web Dealer (and Web Dealer Enhanced) Access module is accessed.

•You can Tap or Click on certain data within each record listed in any of these Dashboard information Blocks to view the associated detail of that selected record based on the data type chosen:

1.Click on a CSID to display that Subscriber Information page

2.Click on a Subscriber Name to display that Subscriber Information page

3.Click on a Alarm History ID to display the associated Alarm Ticket information for the selected Alarm History ID

 

•This Alarm Ticket information may be exported as a PDF file.

✓Generate PDF - Tap or Click on Generate PDF button to automatically create the associated PDF file in the "This PC >Downloads"  folder.
