Understanding the difference between the Alt. Call List field on the Subscriber Panels section, and the Alt Contact List tab located in the Subscriber Panels section (within the Edit View's Monitoring tab):

HelpFilesSubscriberPanelsAlternateCallListField

Alt. Call List field (as opposed to the Alt Contact List tab - see below) - The Alt Call List entry attaches an Alternate (additional) List of Contacts (People To Call) to the selected Subscriber Panel's CSID:

To populate this field, use the Drop-Down Selection List - provided in the Alt. Call list field on the Panel Info tab - to Choose the CSID that has the desired Contacts (People To Call) List which is to be added to this Subscriber Panel's CSID as a set of Alternate Contacts.

This selection may be a "real" Account, or a fictitious Account established specifically to hold a set of Contacts (People To Call) that may be used by a group of Accounts (Restaurant Chain, affiliated Big Box Stores, Convenience Stores, etc.), all of whom are being monitored by your Company's Central Station.

The result is:

Whenever an Alarm Signal is received from this Subscriber Panel's CSID,

oA Call List section containing Contact Information will be available to the Operator

oThat Contact Information may include up to three tabs with the following:

1)General - The selected Subscriber Panels CSID list of Contacts (People To Call) (these contacts are labeled as General).

2)Alternate - If assigned, any Alternate Contacts List (these contacts are labeled as Alternate).

3)Dealer - If assigned, the Dealer's designated Contacts (People To Call) (these contacts are labeled as Dealer).

When using the Sub Info (F2) Form to reference this Subscriber Panel's CSID, the Operator will also have access to an Alternate Contact List, a Dealer's designated Contacts (People To Call)  List, if defined, as well as the Subscriber's Contacts (People To Call)  List.
