❑The FTP Configuration option for the ItsPayd

•The Submit Export File Form will display the ItsPayd FTP Configuration dialog illustrated below.

•Complete as appropriate.

✓Service - This field is populated by the system.

✓The fields outlined in red are mandatory and must be populated to use the ItsPayd service.  

▪Host - The FTP Site address of ItsPayd.

▪The User Name and Password fields are encrypted and can be edited by clicking on the Notepad Icon.  

 

 

 

oThe encrypted data privilege must be assigned to access these fields.  

▪Port - As instructed by Technical Support

▪Upload - As instructed by Technical Support

▪Download - As instructed by Technical Support

▪Fees Sale Item - this ItsPayd processing fee Code is required to facilitate the proper posting of the imported Receipts.  

oThis Fees Sale Item Code is used to offset the ItsPayd processing fee that is internally charged.  

oUse the Drop-Down Selection List provided to Choose the appropriate ItsPayd processing fee Code.

❑ItsPayd Credit Item - By default the ItsPaydCreditItem option in the Company Settings list is blank.  

•If your Company starts using the ItsPayd as a  Collections service:

a)An ItsPayd FTP Configuration dialog must be filled in

b)A special Sale-Purchase Item - for tracking the ItsPayd collection fee - must be defined and entered in that ItsPayd FTP Configuration dialog.

c)That ItsPayd collection fee Code entered in the ItsPayd FTP Configuration dialog will be inserted in this ItsPaydCreditItem option's field, automatically.
