❑The Dealer Verification Agreements sub-tab within the Central Station User Options tab of the User Options Form provides the ability to enter certain "Disclaimer" text which are displayed to Dealers when those Dealers Cancel an Account, or take an Account Off-Line through the Dealer Client module.
•When a Dealer User selects the Cancel Account button, they must verify that they accept the language entered within the Cancellation Agreement field.
•When a Dealer User attempts to take an Account Off-Line, they must verify that they accept the language entered within the Off-Line Agreement field.
•To access Sounds sub-tab on the User Options Form: from the MKMS Desktop,
a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Maintenance and Choose General, then Click User Options, or
b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Maintenance and Choose User Options.
✓Click the Central Station Options tab.

✓Cancellation Agreement - Enter the appropriate text to be displayed when a Dealer User selects the Cancel Account option.
▪The Dealer User who is requesting Cancellation of that Account must verify their acceptance of the language entered within this Cancellation Agreement field.
▪Double-Click this field to open the Edit Rich Text dialog.
✓Off-Line Agreement - Enter the appropriate text to be displayed when a Dealer User attempts to take an Account Off-Line.
▪The Dealer User who is requesting that Account be taken Off-Line must verify their acceptance of the language entered within this Off-Line Agreement field.
▪Double-Click this field to open the Edit Rich Text dialog.
