❑The Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items provides a Grid (list) of Detail Line Items on those Proposals which were converted - within a specified Date Range - to either an Invoice, Job, and/or Work Order.
•The Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items are presented as a list displayed as a fully functioning Grid with the usual Retrieve, Print, Export Icons, and a Go To Subscriber option.
1.A Date Range entry will determine what are available to be listed.
2.It is initially sorted by Type (e.g., INVOICE, JOB, WO), but may be resorted by any column, as needed
3.Because it is a fully activated data grid, the list's contents (columns) may be rearranged, and any of those columns removed or added; and the list may be Grouped, Filtered, and Printed, as needed.
4.The customized list of Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items may then be produced as a Print Preview, and actually Printed (or Exported), when appropriate.

a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Reports and Choose Prospect And Proposal and Select the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items option, or

❑Menu - The top of the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items dialog has a simple menu of options:
•Start - By default, this will be one week ago.
✓Use the Drop-Down Calendar/Date Entry field provided to enter a different date, if needed.
a)Click on the Date field and type the desired Date using a MM/DD/YYYY format; or
b)Use the Drop-Down Calendar/Date Entry field provided to Choose the desired Date
•End - By default, this will be Today
✓Use the Drop-Down Calendar/Date Entry field provided to enter a different date, if needed.
•Status - By default, Converted is inserted
✓Use the Drop-Down Selection List provided to Choose Unconverted or Expired.
•Retrieve - Once the (Start, End) Date Range and Status has been set, Click the Retrieve Icon to populate the Grid.
•Print - When the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items list has been formatted as needed, the User may Click the Print Icon to create a Print Preview.
•Export - Once the data has been formatted, filtered, sorted and configured as needed, Click the Export Icon to display the standard Windows® Save As dialog.

•EMail - Once the data has been formatted, filtered, sorted and configured as needed, Click the EMail Icon to send this data as a PDF attachment to an Email address of your choosing.
•Go To Options - Right-Click on any line item within the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items Grid to open the Radial Right-Click Menu to access one of the options listed below, availability is based on what type of document was created from the selected Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Item:
a)Go To Subscriber to open the associated Subscriber Form
b)Go To Proposal to open the associated Prospect Form
c)Go To Work Order option to open an associated Work Order Form (when available)
d)Go To Invoice option to open an associated Invoice Form (when available)
e)Go To Job option to open the associated Job Costing Form (when available)

•This Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items Grid may include the "Inside Sale" field which allows the User to filter that Inside Sale field in the report's Grid by "True" (originally a Subscriber's Proposal), or "False" (originally a Prospect's Proposal).
❑Grid Configuration
•Columns - Select which columns of data are to be displayed:

✓Click the asterisk (¬) at the left of the data grid's Header row (see the mouse pointer in the illustration above) to display a list of all of the column names - and associated data - which may be included in the list.
✓By default, all Column Names will be Checked.
✓Remove the Check mark (Click on the Check to remove it) to hide that column of data from the data grid.
•Special Information:
✓Completed - If the Proposal was converted to a Job or a Work Order, when that associated Job or Work Order has been completed, this box will be Checked by the system.
✓Complete Date - If the Proposal was converted to a Job or a Work Order, when that associated Job or Work Order has been completed, this Date of the Completion will be inserted by the system.
✓Ribbon Menu - The data is listed in a data grid with columns of information and has its own Ribbon Menu at the bottom providing displayed record count and record movement options.
•Setting the Order in which the data in the grid is Listed within the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items dialog (Report):
✓The default sorted order of the Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items List is based on the Type - which is ordered alphabetically from lowest to highest (A - Z).
✓Thereafter, the column that determines the sorted order of the List may be easily changed, whenever needed.

✓To do so:
▪Click another column's Header Name (the mouse points to the sorting arrow within the Type Header Name in the illustration above) to change the sorted order to by on that column of data, with the sorted order automatically set from lowest to highest (a-z or 1 - 9).
▪To change this newly selected column's sorted order from highest to lowest, Click that column's Header Name again.
▪An Arrow next to the Header Name indicates the column that is determining the sorted order of the Grid Data.
o~ indicates lowest to highest (a-z or 1 - 9)
o€ indicates highest to lowest (z-a or 9-1).
•Grouping the Grid Data - The data grid may be separated into Groups based on a selected column's Header Name.

✓To do so: Drag & Drop a Header Name to the Drag a column here to group a column area above the data grid's Header.
▪All the rows associated with the selected Header Name will be Grouped together, followed by the next Header Name and its associated rows, etc.
✓To cancel the Grouping, just Drag & Drop the selected Header Name back to the Header itself.
▪If this Converted/Unconverted/Expired Proposal Items data grid is closed when Grouping is still in effect, once reopened, the previously established Grouping will still be in effect.
