❑Before defining the Company's Vehicle Information, establish the three Vehicle Maintenance Options.
•To Access the Vehicle Maintenance Options dialog:
a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Maintenance and Choose the Maintenance option and select the Vehicle Maintenance option, or
b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Maintenance and and select the Vehicle Maintenance option.
✓Choose the Vehicle Maintenance Options to display the Period Between Service Form.
•This Period Between Service Form allows you to enter the Time Period and the Number of Days that determine the required Period Between Services.

❑Defining the Period Between Services
•Enter the maximum number of Days, and the maximum number of Miles, (whichever comes first - just like a vehicle warranty) that is allowed to pass before performing these designated Vehicle Maintenance services:
✓Lube/Oil/Filter Service - This periodic service is required for Warranty compliance and is proven to extend the useful life of the Engine.
✓Transmission Service - This periodic service is required for Warranty compliance and will usually extend the time before a major transmission repair will be needed.
✓Tire Rotation & Balance - This is periodic service is sometimes required for Tire Warranty compliance and will always extend the useful life of the Tires.
