❑Your Company's Vehicles represent a major investment in the business.

•Properly followed Vehicle Maintenance requirements will help ensure that your Company gets the best use of this investment.

✓Tracking these Vehicle Maintenance requirements can be complicated and therefore it often does not get the attention it should.

 

•The Vehicle Maintenance System provides the tools to:

✓Identify what Vehicles need to be maintained and Update completed maintenance information as it occurs:

▪To Access the Vehicle Information Form:

a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Maintenance and Choose the General option, then select the General Maintenance option which displays the secondary Maintenance Menu, or

b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Maintenance and Choose General Maintenance to display the secondary Maintenance Menu.

oOnce the Maintenance Menu is displayed, Choose the Vehicle sub-menu, then Click on the Vehicle Information option.

 

✓Set up the preferred Vehicle Maintenance Cycles.

▪To Access the Vehicle Maintenance Options dialog:

a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Maintenance and Choose the Maintenance option and select the Vehicle Maintenance option, or

b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Maintenance and and select the Vehicle Maintenance option.

oChoose the Vehicle Maintenance Options

 

✓Provide a list that may be used to gather current mileage on each Vehicle; and Report the Services that are required to be performed on what specific vehicles.

▪To access these Vehicle Maintenance Reports:

a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Reports and Choose Vehicle Maintenance and Select the appropriate option, or

b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Reports and Choose Vehicle Maintenance and Select the appropriate option
