❑The Documents Icon on the Actions Menu of the Subscribers Form provides access to the List of previously assigned/linked Documents and/or the Documents dialog within which many types of Documents may be assigned to, or linked to, the currently selected Subscriber record.
•Click the Documents Down-Arrow ‚ to display a list of those Documents that have been associated with the current Subscriber.
✓Click on any Document Title on the list to Open that Document.
•Subscribers often have additional Documents such as Monitoring Contracts, Installation and documented system details that must be saved for future reference.
•To save these Documents electronically:
✓Scan the Document and save it to your local Hard Disk (or on the File Server if operating on a Network).
✓Click the Documents Icon on the Subscribers Form.
✓Add a Document using the Windows © Explore interface presented.
