❑The Bank Balance Widget displays a Grid showing the Current Balance as listed in of the Bank's Transaction Register Form (Balance may also be found in each Bank Account record defined in the Bank Maintenance Form).

 

Bank Balance Widget

 

•The Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Payable System and General Ledger System modules must be Registered,

✓Each Bank Account must defined in the Bank Maintenance Form (where they are assigned to a General Ledger Account) to have this Bank Balance Widget available.

✓There are no Configuration Options available for this Bank Balance Widget so the Maintenance Icon is inactive.

 

•Click the Refresh icon on the Bank Balance Widget to Refresh the data.

 

 

•The Bank Balance Widget item may be "collapsed" or "expanded" as needed.

 

Minimize button on a Widget

 

✓Click its Minimize button to "collapse" a specific Widget item.

✓Click that Minimize button again to "expand" a specific Widget item.
