❑The Fix Term Recurring Revenue dialog's data grid lists those Subscribers who have Fix Term Recurring Revenue record(s) defined - including those that are currently Inactive (or only still Active Fix Term Recurring Revenue records) - and shows the details of those Fix Term Recurring Revenue records - including any outstanding Balance - with this data presented as a Grid
•To View, Print, and/or Export this list of Fix Term Recurring Revenue including the Outstanding Balance Data:
a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Reports then Choose Receivable Reports, or
b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Reports then Choose Receivable Reports
✓Select the Fix Term Recurring Revenue option
❑Setting Up the Fix Term Recurring Revenue dialog's data grid Options:
•Show active fix terms - Check this box to exclude any Fix Term Recurring Revenue record(s) which have been completely paid (or canceled)
•Retrieve Data - Once the appropriate Date field is selected and the required Date Range specified, Click the Retrieve Data Icon to load that set of Fix Term Recurring Revenue records into the Fix Term Recurring Revenue data grid.
Retrieve Data
•Go To Subscriber - Right-Click on any line item within the Grid to open the Radial Right-Click Menu to access the Go To Subscriber option which will open the associated Subscriber Form.

•Select columns to be displayed - Click the asterisk (¬) at the left of the data grid's Header row (see the mouse pointer in the illustration below) to display a list of all of the column names - and associated data - which may be displayed.
✓By default, all Column Names will be Checked.
✓Remove the Check mark (Click on the Check to remove it) to hide that column of data from the data grid.
•Setting the Order in which the data in the grid is Listed within the Fix Term Recurring RevenueForm (Report):
✓The default sorted order of the Fix Term Recurring Revenue List is based on the Subscriber's Name - which is ordered from lowest to highest (1 - 9, a-z, then A - Z).
✓Thereafter, the column that determines the sorted order of the List may be easily changed, whenever needed.
✓To do so:
▪Click another column's Header Name (the mouse points to the sorting arrow within the End Date Header Name in the illustration above) to change the sorted order to by on that column of data, with the sorted order automatically set from lowest to highest (oldest to newest, a-z or 1 - 9).
▪To change this newly selected column's sorted order from highest to lowest, Click that column's Header Name again.
▪An Arrow next to the Header Name indicates the column that is determining the sorted order of the Grid Data.
o~ indicates lowest to highest (oldest to newest, a-z or 1 - 9)
o€ indicates highest to lowest (newest to oldest, z-a or 9-1).
❑Using the Fix Term Recurring Revenue data grid:
•Companies will use this Fix Term Recurring Revenue data grid for many different purposes such as:
✓Calculating how much revenue will be generated from these Fix Term Recurring Revenue records.
✓Confirming that all of the Fix Term Recurring Revenue has been properly entered

•Click the Print Icon at the top of the Form to display the Print Preview dialog.
