When the Technician needs to view the information for any of the Work Order Page Sub-Headers, he/she must now Click on the Sub-Header Link.

This update increases the speed of the Web Tech Service.

The Work Order Page now has a Contact List Sub-Header Link that provides a list of the People To Call defined for that Subscriber.

Directions, the Salesperson, and Service ID fields have been added to the Work Order Page.

A new Service Performed Link on the Work Order Page now allows the Technician to enter that information anytime (not just when Completing the Work Order).

If the Subscriber - whose Work Order Form is being displayed - has more than one Subscriber Panel CSID defined, the Zone and Description information will be listed for all of those CSIDs.

Web Tech Inventory Items

The Drop-Down Selection List used to Choose the appropriate Inventory Item will now contain only those Sale-Purchase Items which have a Check in the Show on Work Order / Service Request box, and the Quantiy will now default to one ("1").

This will now reduce the Drop-Down Selection List list to a manageable size, and more importantly, with a definable content.

Completion Section

When using a touch-screen enabled device, a Signature may now be captured from within the Web Tech Work Order Completion Section and will be stored in the database.

Once a Signature is captured, when that Service Request is printed with MKMS, the hand-written Signature will be reproduced on that printed Work Order.
