❑The Alarm Activity option - The Alarm Activity Report provides many ways to selectively Choose the Alarm Signal Activity data that will be included on the report.
•There are two (2) ways to access the Alarm Activity Report

1.Choose the Alarm Activity option on the Reports Menu (accessed from the Main Menu) to view and/or print (from a PDF document) the Alarm Activity Report.
✓Except for Report Options choices shown in the illustration above, all the other options are the same when selecting this report from the Main Menu's - Reports sub-menu; or using the Alarm Activity option on the Panels Tab on the Subscriber Information page.

2.Choose the Report option on the Panels tab of the Subscriber Information page and select the Alarm Activity option.
✓When the Alarm Activity option is chosen from the Panels Tab on the Subscriber Information page, the Subscriber is already known, so there is no need to Choose the Subscriber whose Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported.
❑Using the Alarm Activity report dialog to Choose what Alarm Signal Activity will be included.
•Report Options - Choose the Subscriber (if the Alarm Activity report dialog is selected from the Reports sub-menu), and/or CSIDs for which Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported
✓All Subscribers (not presented when the Alarm Activity option is chosen from the Panels Tab on the Subscriber Information page) - This is the default button but any of the other buttons may be selected, if required.
✓One Subscriber (All CSIDs) - (This is the default option when the Alarm Activity option is chosen from the Panels Tab on the Subscriber Information page) - Tap or Click on this button to display the Subscriber field.
▪Subscriber - Type the Name of the Subscriber for whom Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported.
oAs you type, the list of Subscribers will be refined until you see the desired Name.
oTap or Click on the required Name and it will be inserted in the Subscriber field.
✓One CSID - Tap or Click on this button to report the Alarm Signal Activity for one designated CSID.
▪CSID - The CSID field will be displayed.
oType the desired CSID.
oAs you type, the list of CSIDs will be refined until you see the desired CSID.
oTap or Click on the required CSID and it will be inserted in the CSID field.
✓One Dealer (not presented when the Alarm Activity option is chosen from the Panels Tab on the Subscriber Information page and not functional unless the User has been granted this ability) - Tap or Click on this button to report the Alarm Signal Activity for one designated Dealer.
▪Dealer - The Dealer field will be displayed.
oType the desired Dealer.
oAs you type, the list of Dealers will be refined until you see the desired Dealer.
oTap or Click on the required Dealer and it will be inserted int the Dealer field.
•Report For - Identify the Date Range within which Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported
✓Full Month - The default selection.
▪Month - By default, this will be the current Month but you may use the Drop-Down Selection List to Choose a different Month.
✓User Specified Time - Tap or Click on this button to report the Alarm Signal Activity for a specific Date and Time Range.

▪Start Date Time - Select the starting date and time using the Drop-Down Date/Time Calendar Selection Box provided
▪End Date Time - Select the ending date and time using the Drop-Down Date/Time Calendar Selection Box provided
•Order By - Choose the order in which Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported
✓CSID - The default, will list the Alarm Signal Activity by CSID and within CSID by Date and Time
✓Subscriber - Tap or Click on this button to report the Alarm Signal Activity alphabetically by the Subscriber's Name
•Condition Codes - Select whether All or a One specified Alarm Condition Code for which Alarm Signal Activity is to be reported
✓All - The default, will list the Alarm Signal Activity for all Alarm Condition Codes
✓One - Tap or Click on this button to report the Alarm Signal Activity for one designated Alarm Condition Code
▪Select Code - Use the Drop-Down Selection List provided to Choose the desired Alarm Condition Code
•Other Options - Select the appropriate report formatting options:
✓Page Break on New Dealer - If the Alarm Signal Activity for multiple Dealers are being reported and you want a Page Break executed as each new Dealer's Alarm Signal Activity is started, Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Page Break on New CSID - If the Alarm Signal Activity for multiple CSIDs are being reported and you want a Page Break executed as each new CSID's Alarm Signal Activity is started, Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Show UL Accounts Only - To only list the Signal Activity for UL® Accounts, Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Reset Page Numbers - If you have requested a Page Break be executed as each new Dealer or new CSID is reported, and you also want the Page Number to be reset to '1' after each forced Page Break, Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Alarms Only -To only list actual Alarm Signals (Active Alarm signals requiring an Operator interaction), Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Use Customer Time - To use the customer's Time (instead of the Central Station's Time - if it is different) identified in the Date and Time Range selection, Tap or Click to Check this box.
✓Create Single PDF - If the Alarm Signal Activity for multiple CSIDs and/or multiple Subscribers will be included, and you want to merge all of this Alarm Signal Activity into one PDF file, Tap or Click to Check this box.
•Generate - Tap or Click this option to create the PDF file.
✓The name of the PDF file for the requested Alarm Activity Report will be displayed once the file is created.
✓Tap or Click this file name to view and/or print this report.
•Cancel - To abort this reporting process Tap or Click this option.
