Receivables - Maintenance Options

This chapter - and its associated sub-chapters - will provide information about other Forms and Processes - available from the Receivables option on the Maintenance Menu - that are used by the Receivables module for various Daily and/or Periodic Procedures.

To access the Maintenance Menu for the Receivables module:

a)From the Backstage Menu System Select Maintenance and Choose Receivables, then Select the appropriate option, or

b)From the Quick Access Menu, Select Maintenance and Choose Receivables, then Select the appropriate option

Auto Draft Pre Processing -  This Auto Draft Pre Processing Form is used to validate the predefined Auto Draft information associated with those Recurring Revenue Invoices before you actually execute that Auto Drafting of Pre-Approved Payments procedure.

Auto Draft Preview - This Auto Draft Preview Form is used to inspect the predefined Auto Draft Setup information associated with those Recurring Revenue Invoices recently billed before actually executing the Auto Drafting of Pre-Approved Payments procedure.

Invoice Comments Search - Use this Invoice Comments Search function to locate any Invoice containing a specific phrase in its Comments field.

Invoice Export - Use this Invoice Export function to create a text file with selected Invoice information.

Late Fee Group Maintenance - Use this Late Fee Group Maintenance Form, to selectively assign the appropriate Late Fee Group Code to selected Subscribers using an efficient and rapid method (rather than going to every Account and individually selecting and entering a Late Fee Group Code for each.

Pay Import - This Pay Import menu option provides access to utilities that allow you to import, assign, and custom define import file formats.

Regulus/WellsFargo Import - The Regulus/Wells Fargo Import menu allows you to use a preset import file format for importing those payments.

Import - The Import option allows you to custom define a Pay Import File Format and then import payments data from a file that was created using that File Format.

Post Pending Credits/Deposits - This Post Pending Credits & Deposits Form is used to automate the process of locating each Deposit (a Receipt that has yet to be Allocated to an Invoice) and/or unapplied Credit Memos, and applying those to the appropriate unpaid Sales Invoices.

Receipt Posting - This Receipts Posting dialog offers two ways to identify the source of the Receipt (by Invoice Paid or Subscriber), Posts it to the Subscriber's account, and then Allocates it to the appropriate Invoice(s) - all in one step!

Receipt Search - Locates a Receipt record by specified Check Number, Amount, or a Date Range.

Sale Item Group Assignment - Use this Sale Item Group Assignment Form to facilitate the assignment of a Sale Items Group to Sale-Purchase Items

Subscriber Filters - Under Development

Universal Salesperson Update - This is used to reassign a (new) Salesperson to all Subscribers who were previously assigned to a different Salesperson (who may have been transferred, promoted or terminated.
