❑Entering a Manual Page:
•From within the MKMSCS application, while within the Signal Processing Form:
b)Select either Dealer or Subscriber.
Select Contact dialog
✓If the Page button is not "grayed out" there is Page Information available for the selected Contact, and the Communications Module has been registered.
•To open the Manual E-mail Form within the MKMS application:
1.From the Backstage Menu System Select File and Choose Communications and Select the Manual Page option, or
2.From the Quick Access Menu, Select File and Choose Communications and Select the Manual Page option
❑Creating a Manual Page Message:
•Regardless of how the Manual E-Page option was accessed, the result will be the displaying of the Manual Page dialog shown below:
✓If the Manual Page dialog was selected using the Page option on the General sub-tab on the Contacts tab on the Signal Processing screen, the the Manual Page dialog will - except for the required Message - already be filled in for you.

✓Target: - Use the Drop-Down Selection List to Choose the type of the Target of this Communication.

✓Send To: - Based on the selected Target, Click the Search Icon to locate the Contact, Subscriber, Employee, or Dealer to whom this Page will be sent.
▪The Search dialog for the selected Target type will be displayed.
The Subscriber Search dialog is one of the Send To selections
✓Contact - This field is only used if Contact was selected as the type of Target:
▪The Send To Search button will force the selection of a Subscriber.
▪After choosing the desired Subscriber record, the People To Call Search dialog will be displayed automatically.

▪Select the specific Person to be contacted.
▪The selected name will be inserted into the Contact field.

✓Message - Choose the type of message to be transmitted.
▪Predefined - Click this button to be able to select from the Predefined Messages.
oSelect the Message Text - Use the Drop-Down Selection List provided to Choose the appropriate Predefined Message.
▪Custom - Click this button to create a specific message.
oEnter the Message Text - Type the required message text.
•Close - Click the Close box to Exit this Manual Page Form.
