Eligible for Service Contract

This Help File Page was last Modified on 03/31/2017

The Eligible for Service Contract report provides another tool to assist in the Sale of Service Contracts.

Knowing when and to whom you should solicit a Service Agreement is critical to assuring a continual flow of new Recurring Service Revenues.

Based on your Company's needs, it may include:

Only those Subscribers whose Warranty Ends Date is imminent (as recorded in the Service Info Section within the Edit Tab of the Subscribers Form).

All Subscribers without an extended Warranty/Service Agreement identified in the Service Info Section within the Edit Tab of the Subscribers Form

There are three times when it's best to promote Extended Warranties:

1.At the time of Sale

2.At the time of initial Warranty Expiration

3.Periodically (typically Annually) thereafter.

This Eligible for Service Contract report identifies and lists the last two of these time-related marketing opportunities.
