•In addition to the People To Call Contact Information that's entered for a Subscriber, and the Alternate Call List Contact Information which may be attached: If that Subscriber is being monitored by your Company for another Alarm Dealer, an additional Contact Information list of People To Call may also be defined for that Dealer which may also be used by an Operator while she/he is Processing Alarm Signals for that Dealer, when needed.
✓This feature is implemented as follows:
c)A list of one or more People To Call must be defined for that CSID (see below)..
e)Each Subscriber who is being monitored for that Alarm Dealer must have that Dealer's Name entered in the Dealer field in the Monitoring Tab within the Edit View of that Subscribers Form (see below).
❑Understanding this Call List field (on the Dealers Form) and How it is Used:
•Call List - Use the Drop-Down Selection List to Choose the Name of the Dealer's special Subscriber record that contains the appropriate People To Call information for that Dealer, or optionally Select any other Account Name that has the Contacts which are to be assigned to, and used by that Dealer.
✓The Call List field's Drop-Down Selection List provides an incremental search based on the Subscriber's Name.
1.A Subscriber record must be created for each Alarm Dealer for whom your Company provides Central Station Monitoring Services.
2.Any number of People To Call may then be entered for that (Alarm Dealer's) Subscriber record after a CSID (real or fictitious) is entered in the Subscriber Panels section within the Monitoring tab of the Edit View of the Subscribers Form.
✓Whenever an Alarm Signal is received from one of this Dealer's Accounts, the Dealer's People To Call Contact Information will be included and labeled as Dealer Contacts.
▪In a similar manner, the Names and Contact Information of any Alternate Call List assigned in Subscriber Panels section for that Subscriber will be included and labeled as Alternate Contacts and the Subscriber's own list of People To Call are labeled as General Contacts.
✓When an Operator uses the Sub Info (F2) Form to reference Subscriber Information within MKMSCS, in addition to the Subscriber's People To Call list shown on the General tab of the Call List section of that Form, the Dealer's Contacts will be provided on a separate Dealer tab, and any Alternate Call List assigned in Subscriber Panels will be provided on an Alternate tab.
❑ Contact Information for those People To Call assigned to the CSID defined for the Dealer whose Name is entered in Dealer field in the Central Station Data section of the Monitoring Tab on the Edit View of the Subscribers Form, may be viewed as follows:
•Dlr Call List tab - If the currently selected Subscriber is being monitored for an Alarm Dealer whose Name is entered in Dealer field in the Central Station Data section, and the Call List field on that Dealer record has been assigned the CSID of a Subscriber record which has a related People To Call list, Click the Dlr Call List tab to view the People To Call Form associated with the CSID entered for that Dealer.
•Whenever an Alarm Signal is received from this Subscriber
